Warranty:
All All Carter releases include a one-year limited warranty from all manufacturer defects. All returns must be shipped freight paid and all warranties are void if the release has been opened, modified, or subjected to abnormal conditions as determined by our repair technicians.

When you return your release for repair, please remember to include the following information:
•Your name
•Your STREET address
•Daytime phone number/e-mail address
•A description of the problem or requested work to be done
•Method of payment if the product is no longer covered under warranty
We accept Visa or MasterCard (We need card number, expiration date & CCV code), check or money order.
Repair fees may vary, depending on the condition of/problem with the release. A general breakdown of charges if no longer covered under warranty is as follows:
•Bench fee: $40.00 (standard charge for each release) ($15.00 for each additional release)
•Spring change: $10.00 (per release)
•Internal pieces: $10.00 (per piece)
All repairs returned to addresses within the continental United States are generally shipped UPS Ground although 3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day Air service is available for an additional cost. COD is an additional $18.50.
No R.A. number is required.
