All Carter releases include a one-year limited warranty from all manufacturer defects. All returns must be shipped freight paid and all warranties are void if the release has been opened, modified, or subjected to abnormal conditions as determined by our repair technicians. There will be a $15.00 fee for shipping the release back to the customer.

Release aids may be sent through the U.S. postal system using P.O. Box 19, although Carter is not responsible for any releases lost or delayed in transit to our facility. We strongly recommend using a carrier who will insure and guarantee delivery to Carter Enterprises.
When you return your release for repair, please remember to include the following information:
•Your STREET address
•Daytime phone number/e-mail address
•A description of the problem or requested work to be done
•$15.00 to cover S/H back (We ship through UPS)
•Method of payment if the product is no longer covered under warranty
We accept Visa or Mastercard (We need card number plus expiration date), check or money order, or COD delivery for an additional $12.50 fee.
Repair fees may vary, depending on the condition of/problem with the release. A general breakdown of possible charges is as follows:
•Bench fee: $15.00 (standard charge for each release)
•Spring change: $5.00 (per release)
•Internal pieces: $9.00 (per piece)
•Shipping: $15.00 ($5.00 each additional) shipments within the continental U.S. Shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, and other countries will vary.
All repairs returned to addresses within the continental United States are generally shipped UPS Ground although 2nd Day or Next Day Air service is available upon request.
